So, what happens next?
We set up a free, 15-minute consultation call where we will figure out if working together feels like a good fit. I will ask a few questions to learn about what’s bringing you into therapy and will answer any questions you have. If you are looking for support that’s outside my scope of practice, I will link you up with referral options. If it’s a good fit we’ll move forward scheduling our first appointment. In our first session, I gather information about what’s bringing you into therapy, as well as any relevant background/historical information. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Within our first few sessions, we will develop treatment goals that align with your needs for therapy.
